  • Carnival starts Thursday

    A brightly-painted dragon is ready to be assembled as one of the rides at the June Fest carnival this week. The carnival opens at 6 each evening through Saturday night. Each night is bracelet night and those bracelets are available at the carnival for $20.

  • Two injured in crash

    A Tulsa couple were injured Monday afternoon when their vehicle crashed on US 75 north of Henryetta. The two were treated for head and body injuries after the car went into the center median and struck a drainage ditch. OHP troopers are still investigating.

  • Youth tennis lessons underway

    The annual free summer tennis camp has started and will be going on for six weeks. Sponsored by the Henryetta Lions Club, the camp is open for beginners, intermediate and advanced players at the tennis courts on West Main. There is no charge but participants are asked to donate a can of tennis balls.
