Carl Elijah Mouser Sr., a resident of Boley, died July 17, 2019 in Boley at the age of 86. He was born March 1, 1933 in Hanna to Melvin Mouser and Ethel (Stanford) Mouser.
Carl was a Veteran of the Korean War and served in the U.S. Army.
He married the love of his life, Helen (Pendley) on April 4, 1953 in Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Helen Mouser, daughter, Connie Fox, brother, Logan Mouser, sister, JoBeth Cox, sister, Wanda Demmitt, brother, Fred Mouser, grandson, Tracy Deardorff, son-in-law, David Deardorff, and son-in-law, Rychy Loveday.
Carl is survived by three daughters: Robin Deardorff of Lawton, Orentha Hudson and husband Kenneth of Meeker, and JanNette Culwell and husband Robert of Meeker; son, Carl Elijah Mouser Jr. and wife Kathy of Mcloud; grandchildren: David Deardorff Jr. Jamie Logan, Robert Deardorff, Shawn Grayson, Robert Culwell, Matthew Foxm Heather Culwell,
Joshua Mouser and Ryan Mouser; great-grandchildren: Wesley Timmerman, Brittany Deardorff, Tea Timmerman, Braden Logan, Kailyn Logan, Kaleb Fox, Jenny Grayson, Zane Deardorff, Peityn Tennell, Andy Grayson, Braxton Fox, Rhett Tennell, and Brantley Deardorff; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2019 with the family present to greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, July 19, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Integrity Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Mike Hazelwood, officiating. Interment will follow at Hanna Cemetery in Hanna. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
James Edwin D. "Bam Bam" Reid, a resident of Henryetta, died July 10, 2019 in Henryetta at the age of 36. He was born Dec. 14, 1982 in Tulsa to James Thomas Maxwell and Terry Mitci Maxwell.
He was preceded in death by his father James Thomas Maxwell.
He is survived by his son, Ty Domnic Reid of Henryetta; son, David Deshawn Reid of Henryetta; daughter Taren Celeste of Schulter; mother, Terry Maxwell of Dewar; two brothers, Garland Reid and wife Angel of Okemah, and John Thomas Reid and fiance, Jennette Walker of Shulter, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Charles Daniel Jeffrey, a resident of Glenpool, died July 13, 2019 in Tulsa at the age of 55. He was born Aug. 25, 1963 in Wichita, Kans., to Charles T. Jeffrey and Lilly (Ward) Jeffrey.
Charles married the love of his life, Rebecca Laust March 13, 1981 in Sand Springs. He worked for Vertical AeroSpace as an aircraft mechanic and previously worked for Nordam for over 30 years.
Charles was a member of the Sapulpa Masonic Lodge #170, Widows Sons of the Masonic Lodge, and the Scottish Rite. He was a member of the Newspring Family Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Lilly Jeffrey, also by a grandson, Kolton Stevens.
Charles is survived by his wife, Rebecca of the home; daughter, Kristen Stevens and husband Kevin of Glenpool; son, Tommy Jeffrey and wife Angela of Glenpool; eight grandchildren: Kalissa, Katrina, Kymberlee, Karson, Karoline, Kendrix, Cadence, and Jameson; two sisters, Dean Bennett of Collinsville; and Jean Jeffrey of Jenks; also by a host of friends and other relatives.
Viewing for Charles will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Integrity Chapel with Pastor Greg Ables officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
Troy Dale Noisey Jr., a resident of Oklahoma City, died July 6, 2019 in Oklahoma City. Troy was born June 27, 1987 to Nettie Tiger and Troy Dale Noisey Sr. in Ada.
Troy is proceeded in death by his father Troy Dale Noisey Sr.
He is survived by: son- Troy Dale Noisey III; three daughters:Anyiah Noisey, Sage Powless and Sutv Powless; mother, Nettie Tiger;six sisters: Jessica Noisey; Leighana Noisey, Secily Tiger, Shelby Young, Emyiah Young and Miley Tiger, all of Oklahoma City; brother: Brandon Tiger, Oklahoma City.
There will a wake service held Thursday July 11, at 6 p.m. at Weogufkee Indian Baptist Church. Services will follow Friday July 12 at 2 p.m. Interment will be held at Weogufkee Indian Baptist Church Cemetery.
Charlie James Proctor, a resident of Dustin, died July 9, 2019 in Tulsa at the age of 90. He was born April 18, 1929 in Holdenville to Freeman Proctor and Mary (Watts) Proctor.
Charlie worked for 35 years as a candy maker in Oklahoma City. He was member of Faith Baptist Church in Dustin.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Alex Proctor, two brothers, Woody Proctor and Jonas Proctor, also by five sisters, Beatrice, Wanda Davis, Mary Burris, Pauline Yahola and Bessie Noriega.
He is survived by the mother of his children, Lena Proctor of the home; children: Lumber and Lydia Proctor of Holdenville, Bill and Minnie Proctor of Dewar, Charles Proctor of Oklahoma City, Jay and Teresa Proctor of the home, Lizzie and Harold Haynes of Holdenville, Rhoda Proctor of Dustin, Emma Proctor of Henryetta, Eva Proctor of Dustin and Tina Proctor of Dustin; brothers: Johnny Leitka of Washington and Wisey Proctor of Harrah; sistersL Immogene Leitka Givens of Washington and Louise Ware of Dustin;a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren; also by a host of friends and other relatives.
