Often physical therapy is required to correct a problem. Jay Johns and the staff at Physical Therapy Central are trying to raise awareness of the importance of preventative health in order to make physical therapy less likely.
Johns and his staff members, Alysa Rivera and Taylor Green, joined with Henryetta mayor Jennifer Clason Friday issuing a proclamation designating October as National Physical Therapy Month.
The proclamation urges local residents to adopt a more healthy and active lifestyle and be aware of the importance of physical fitness.
