A 25-year-old Bristow woman was fatally injured in a crash around 4:30 a.m. Saturday on U.S. 75 south of Okmulgee.
According to OHP Trooper Brian Warren, Donnita D. Severs was the lone occupant of a 2007 Jeep that was northbound on U.S. 75. He said the Jeep went off the roadway striking a 1998 International truck that was being used as an attenuator in a construction zone. The truck was unoccupied.
After the impact, the Bristow victim was ejected from the Jeep. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Trooper Warren said seat belts were not being used at the time of the crash.
