An Okmulgee man was arrested Tuesday at the Henryetta Walmart after he tried to pick up an alleged forged prescription.
According to Henryetta police, Tommy Joe Henson, 60, was arrested at the Henryetta Walmart pharmacy shortly before noon.
Police say the prescription was for a commonly abused anti-depressant. Pharmacy officials told officers they discovered the prescription as said to have been forged.
Henson told officers he didn't know it was forged. He was booked into the Okmulgee County jail.
