Henryetta police say vandals and thieves were busy this past weekend.
museumSeveral vehicles were vandalized sometime Saturday night with broken windows and major damage to a door and vehicle body.
Two vehicles at Dickey’s car lot on East Trudgeon had windshields broken from what appeared to be large rocks thrown into them.
A truck parked in the 100 block of West Trudgeon had windows broken and damage to doors and the pickup bed.
The vandals also broke out a window at the side of the Territorial Museum.
According to police, there were also a number of vehicle burglaries scattered around town.
“Those burglaries were not restricted to just Henryetta,” said police chief Steve Norman. “People are also hitting cars outside the city limits.”
He said anyone seeing any suspicious activity, either from the past weekend, or at any time, to call the police department at 918-652-3106.
