Joann Jack, a resident of Dustin, died Jan. 16, 2017 in Tulsa at the age of 58. She was born May 28, 1958 in Hanna to Mitchell Jack and Louma (Pigeon) Jack.
Joann has worked 15 years for GandH Decoy in Henryetta.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Elmer Jack, sister, Jeanetta Jack, brother Eric Jack, and brother, Joseph Jack.
Survivors include her husband Dennis Gooden of Dustin; four sons: Steve Jack of Dustin, Shane Harjo and Shannan of Indiana, Kyle Hart and Charity Lena of Okmulgee and Billy Harjo and wife Jackie Anderson of Tulsa; three daughters: Shelly Harjo of Hanna, Rachel Hart and Christ Layman of Hanna and Kristie Harjo and Kyle Barnett of Okmulgee; 15 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren; three sisters: Leann Jack of Hanna, Angela Fullmore of Dustin and Pauline Hart of Morris; a brother, Jimmy Jack of Dustin, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Wake services will be held at the Jack family home in Hanna Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 7p.m.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday, January 20, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the Jack Family Home in Hanna with Rev. Mark Caldwell, officiating. Interment will follow at the Jack Family Cemetery in Hanna. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta.
