Everyone wants to know what is going on with city government.
Henryetta mayor Jennifer Clason provided Lions club members with an overview of some of the activities at the club's meeting Tuesday.
"Henryetta has some of the best water in the state," she told club members. "If you have problems with your water, you might want to check your water lines."
She said the city is still involved in a lawsuit over the work at the water plant. That lawsuit has been over three years and no court date has been set.
Still ahead on construction projects is the million-gallon water tank replacement. The storage tank just east of town has been closed for over a year and the city has been looking for grant money to replace it. That work  is estimated to cost over $1 million.
Nichols Park is going to be the scene for the second cross country race. Last year it brought in around 1,000 people.
