Henryetta High school swimmer Charee Graham is the regional champion after the competition in Jenks this past weekend.
regional swimGraham outswam the eight- person field for first place in the 100-yard backstroke. She finished with a time of 1:01.76 seconds. That was nearly four seconds ahead of second place.
She also came in first in the 100-yard IM with a 2.22.21 time.
That will send her to the state meet Feb. 17 and 18.
Her sister, Caprice, was second in the 100-yard butterfly and came in third in the 100-yard breaststroke. She captured the reserve champion honors for the Lady Knights.
