Two Dustin residents were injured Monday evening in a motorcycle crash south of Henryetta.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the 2003 Harley Davidson driven by Fred Carr Jr., 49, was northbound on Dustin Road around 7:30 when a deer ran across the road. He struck the deer causing the motorcycle to crash throwing him and a passenger, Nora Cox, 52, onto the roadway.
Carr received injuries to his shoulder, arm and leg. He was treated for his injuries at Henryetta Hillcrest Hospital and released. Cox received injuries to her arm and leg and body.
