A 24-year-old Winchester resident, Ryan Johnson, has been arrested in connection with a murder early Wednesday morning in Winchester.
According to Okmulgee County Sheriff investigator Duston Todd, Johnson was taken into custody following the death of a 21-year-old unidentified woman at a home in the 3400 block of Cincinnati Ave., in Winchester.
The victim was said to have been shot several times following an altercation at the home. Johnson is said to be a cousin of the victim.
Johnson is in the Okmulgee County jail on a murder complaint. No bond has been issued in the case.
