Henryetta police say a determined dog thief is being sought.
Sometime Monday night, an individual was said to have stacked up some concrete blocks and crawled over the dog pound fence.
Once there, that person made off with three dogs.
Police chief Steve Norman said one of those dogs (pictured in the inset photo) belongs to a person they arrested. “He wants his dog back once he gets out of jail,” Norman said.
He said the city dog pound is off limits to individuals unless they are accompanied by an officer. If caught, the thief will be facing charges ranging from trespassing to theft.
