A Dustin man is receiving treatment for numerous injuries he sustained in a crash Thursday afternoon north of Dustin.
According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Brad Wilson, the crash happened when a pickup driven by Brandon Gray, 22, went out of control on EW120 Road and crashed into a tree. Gray was said to have been pinned in the vehicle until members of the Dustin fire department could free him. He was brought to the Henryetta hospital for treatment then flown to St. Johns Hospital in Tulsa in serious condition.
A passenger in the vehicle was said to have refused medical treatment.
Trooper Wilson said the accident is still under investigation but believes alcohol may have been a contributing factor.
