A collision involving a Burlington Northern train engine and a truck closed down the southbound lanes on US 75 for a short time Thursday afternoon. According to the OHP, the accident was said to have happened when a driver trying to back a truck out of their driveway across the railroad tracks. The engine hit the truck throwing the driver out of the vehicle. He was flown to a Tulsa hospital for treament of his injuries. He was later released from the hospital.
