The 52-year-old Morris man is accused of sexually abusing his 10-year-old stepdaughter as well as a 10-year-old neighbor.Okmulgee County District Attorney Rob Barris said Branson allegedly forced the stepdaughter to have oral sex with him on multiple occasions.
Two other adults have come forward alleging they were sexually abused as children by Branson, said Barris in a news release. One was a cousin of Branson’s former wife and another is a former step-child.
Investigators from the Okmulgee County District Attorney’s office worked the case in conjunction with Morris Police Department. The investigation remains open at this time.
Branson is being held at the Okmulgee Criminal Justice Center on a $500,000 bond.
