For the second time in two days Henryetta police were called to an accident on US 75 and East Main. This crash happened Monday morning when the pickup shown above struck the rear of a trailer hauling a piece of heavy equipment. The driver of the pickup had to be cut free by Henryetta fire crews. They were treated for minor injuries at Henryetta Medical Center. Sunday morning a crash at the intersection resulted when a car was attempting to pull onto US 75 and was struck by another vehicle that had apparently failed to stop for the light. The intersections and East Main and East Trudgeon have been the sites of numerous accidents over the  years.
