Charles Robert Holt, a resident of Henryetta, died Aug. 9, 2012 in Tulsa at the age of 83. He was born July 04, 1929 in Henryetta to Riley Roosevelt Holt and Odie Leona (Shan) Holt.
Robert served in the US Army and married Lois Maxine Klimek on August 17, 1948 in Henryetta.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, brother, James Nance, brother Eddie Holt, and granddaughter, Jamie Branson.
He is survived by his wife Lois Maxine Holt of the home; daughter, Patricia Alston and husband Jimmie Sr. of Henryetta, daughter, Linda Branson and husband Larry Sr. of Wilson, daughter, Sharon Kellogg and husband Rusty of Henryetta; two sons, John Robert Holt and wife Peggy of Henryetta and Lloyd Ray Holt and wife Marsha of Henryetta; 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Jimmie Alston Jr., Michael Alston, Dale Richardson Jr., Larry Branson Jr., Cody Kellogg, and Larry Coker. Honorary Pallbearers will be Lloyd Holt II, Robby Holt, and John David Holt.
Visitation will be held at Integrity Funeral service on Saturday, August 11, 2012 from 5 to 8 p.m. and from Sunday, August 12 from 12 to 8 p.m.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, August 13, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Jubilee Christian Center in Okmulgee with Rev. Dale Litsey, officiating. Interment will follow at Salt Creek Cemetery in Wilson under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
