Tyrone Alexander, 49, was found hiding in a house in Henryetta and taken into custody.
He was wanted after allegedly failing to register as a sex offender. He had previously been convicted of lewd molestation.
Officers were acting on a tip and arrested Alexander without incident. He was booked into the Okmulgee County jail for failure to register and other outstanding warrants. He is being held on a $100,000 bond.
