An arrest in Henryetta is going to clear up several home burglaries in the Preston area last week.
Katie Bowdler, 29, and Cody McCulloch, 28, were taken into custody after a GPS ankle monitor Bowdler was wearing was traced to a home in Henryetta.pair arrested
They are alleged to have committed multiple home break-ins in the Preston area May 3. Okmulgee County deputies used video footage of the suspects from one of the residences to help identify them.
Both have had a number of felony offenses filed against them and were being supervised by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections which included the use of the ankle monitor.
They have been booked into the Okmulgee County jail on a number of complaints including second degree burglary, grand larceny, possession of a firearm while in commission of a felony and a felon in possession of a firearm.
Property that had been taken from those homes was recovered at the house the pair were arrested in. That property has been returned to the rightful owners.
