The public is being invited to see the renovations at the Hillcrest Hospital in Henryetta May 28.
hospital frontTours of the completed work on the new entrance as well as seeing some of the work in progress will be given from 1 to 2 p.m. according to Hillcrest Henryetta CEO Dee Renshaw.
“We will be providing information about our services and answer questions from the public,” he said.
The work started last year and the new entrance completed a month ago.
Along with the open house, the American Red Cross will host a blood drive that same day. The drive will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Specialty Clinic in the hospital complex. Donors can make an appointment online at redcrossblood.org/give.html/donation-time or call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767). Walk-ins are welcome.
Renshaw pointed out Hillcrest Henryetta was named one of Modern Healthcare’s 150 Best Places to Work in Healthcare for 2019. The hospital is one of seven Oklahoma health care organizations on the 2019 list, and six of the seven organizations are part of Hillcrest HealthCare System.
