Francis "Marie" Livingston Gingrich, a resident of Okmulgee, died June 16, 2019 in Pryor at the age of 80. She was born Aug. 21, 1938, to Monroe and Hattie (Marris) Livingston. The family moved to the Wilson area where she attended schools at Rocky Hill, Wilson and Okmulgee High School. On August 21, 1954, she married Dale Gringrich in Okmulgee.
Marie was a homemaker most of her life. She was a very good cook and worked part time in the cafeteria at Wilson School before working at Ball Bros. Glass Co. for ten years. She was also a very successful Avon Representative for many years. She was a member of the Wilson Baptist church and a perpetual member of the eastern Star.
She is survived by her son, Robert (bobby)Dale Gingrich Jr. and wife Jeanie of Adair; daughter Terri Gingrich of Wilson; granddaughter Dayla Gilmore and Husband Josh of Pryor; grandsons: Coby Gingrich and wife Robin, of Adair, Marty Gingrich and wife Liz of Adair, Wyatt Willis of Wilson, Kody Wright of Tulsa, Colt Beard of Beggs and Matt Beard of Henryetta; six great grandchildren: Taylor, Jacy, Kelci, Cooper, Allyson and Roper; and former son in law, Jim Beard, a host of nieces and nephews, and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Dale, of 49 years, a daughter, Kimberly Sue and numerous siblings.
Pallbearers will be Coby Gingrich, Marty Gingrich, Josh Gilmore, Taylor Snell, Colt Beard, Jim Beard, Wyatt Willis, Kody Wright
Services will be held Wednesday June 19 at 10:30 a.m. at the Wilson Baptist Church, With Bro. Jack Vance officiating. Interment will follow at Salt Creek Cemetery.
