sewer bore

Construction crews are putting a 10-inch metal line under Interstate 40 this week after they completed boring the path for the new sewer line that will service the 35-acre retail space west of town. The work is running ahead of schedule with completion set in August. That sewer line will open the city-owned property for future development. At a recent Henryetta Economic Development Authority meeting, mayor Jennifer Munholland said there are some retail businesses that have expressed an interest in the area.
