The first three of eight new school buses arrived at Henryetta schools Monday morning. Bus drivers and transportaiton personnel spent most of the morning getting acquainted with the new equipment that includes cameras mounted on both sides as well as the front and rear as well as inside the vehicles. Those outside cameras will give drivers a view of traffic as well as any students who may be walking around the vehicles. Superintendent Dwayne Noble said the remaining five buses will be delivered Friday and all are expected to take to the routes Monday. They will be replacing existing buses, some nearly 20 years old.
