There’s a new look to the Henryetta football schedule this year after the OSSAA redistricting.
The Knights 2A=7 district will consist of Beggs, Haskell, Kiefer,Morris, Okmulgee, Metro Christian and Victory Christian.
That will do away with a couple of those long road trips fans had to endure with most of the teams no more than an hour away from town.
Henryetta will start off the season Aug. 28 hosting Okemah then go on the road the following two Fridays, first at Prague Sept. 4 then to Warner Sept. 11.
Following an open date Sept. 18, the Knights host Beggs Sept. 25, go to Metro Christian Oct. 2 then host Morris Oct. 9.
The season wraps up with a trip to Kiefer Oct. 15, home stand against Haskell Oct. 23, trip to Victory Christian Oct. 30 and home match with Okmulgee Nov. 6.
