UPDATE: The second victim of the shooting, Mandy Hart, also died from her injuries late Wednesday.

An Okmulgee man is in jail following a shooting Tuesday afternoon that left one person dead and one in critical condition.
According to Okmulgee police chief Joe Prentice, Austin McMahan, 21, was arrested after a shooting at a home on East 13th Street in Okmulgee.mcmahan
Police received a call shortly after 2 p.m. that a person was shooting people. McMahan was said to have been found by officers in front of the house with a weapon. He surrendered to police without any problems, the chief said.
Going into the house, officers found two gunshot victims. Ronald Chandler, 47, and Mandy Hart, 19, were taken to the Okmulgee hospital then transferred to a Tulsa hospital for treatment of their wounds. Chandler died from his injuries overnight. 
Police booked McMahan into the Okmulgee County jail on two complaints of shooting with intent to kill. Chief Prentice one of those complaints would be upgraded to murder.
