Birthdays are special especially to a three-year-old. Judson Bowen was afraid that, due to the virus isolation issue, his birthday would wind up being just another day. That was not the case as he had Henryetta fire and police make sure he was recognized. The youngster even got to hear a lot of car horns honking after people read about his plight on Facebook. He is the son of Joseph and Mattison Stogner Bowen.
