Will Ernest Frye, Sr., a resident of Dewar, died June 5, 2020 at his home in Dewar at the age of 80. He was born July 4, 1939 in Pierce to George and Martha (Wills) Fry.
Will was a lifetime rancher, farmer and construction worker.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Orville and John Fry, and the mother of his children, Doris Stidman.
Will is survived by five children: Gabriella Watkins and husbnad Kenneth of Seminole, Bobbye Frye and husband Curley Rhine of Schulter, Will Frye, Jr. and Tammy Higgins of Okemah, George Frye of Pharoah and Mark Frye and family of Henryetta; eight grandchildren: Robert (Tre) Black and wife Katharine of San Antonio, Tex., Brandy Kaler and husband Gary of Henryetta, Gail Marris and husband Jeremiah of Schulter, Sky Frye and Jack of Mabank, Tex., Sammijo Grider and husband Brandon of Schulter, Stormy Bryant and husband Scott of Gool, Tex., Star Tucker and husband Bryan of Mabank, Tex., and Will Frye, III and family of Ponca City; 21 great grandchildren; three siblings: Gene Fry and wife Shirley of Dewar, Joyce Patterson of Henryetta and Barbara Bennett of Claremore; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 12 at Integrity Funeral Service. The casket will remain closed for the visitation and the funeral service.
Will's children and family will serve as pallbearers.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Curt Russell officiating. Interment will follow in Council Hill Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
