With more storms forecast for the weekend, many residents are facing flooding issues.
The Henryetta fire department has received 2,000 sandbags that will be given away to people who want to add some protection to their homes and businesses.
Sandbags are free and can be picked up at the fire department at Frisco Ave.
Chief David Bullard said there is sand available on South Fourth and Corporation.
He pointed out the sandbags were provided by Okmulgee County Emergency Management and will be given out as long as the supply lasts.
