Billy Lee Crabtree, a resident of Henryetta, died Sept. 7, 2021 in Tulsa at the age of 65. He was born July 24, 1956 in Morris to Archie Dee Crabtree and Norma Sue (Collins) Crabtree.
Billy was a graduate of Henryetta High School, class of 1974, after which he worked in the pipeline industry. Billy proudly worked on the Trans-Atlantic pipeline and several pipeline projects in Ecuador. After many years spent on the pipeline Billy later retired from Liberty Glass Plant in Sapulpa.
He is preceded in death by his father, Archie Dee Crabtree, his paternal grandparents, Archoie and Christle Crabtree, his maternal grandparents, William and Jewell Collins, five uncles, Junior And Jerry Collins Leroy Jones, Norman Hagar and Burl Overmon, also by one aunt, Ellen Collins.
He survived by his mother, Sue Crabtree of the Henryetta; brother, Johny Crabtree and wife Bobbi of Okmulgee; sister, Peggy Sallee and husband Carlton of Weleetka; three nieces: Christle Wells and husband Ryan, Johna Lee Kersey husband JC, and Billie McDonald Peavler as well as Jan and Billy McDonald, two daughters; also by nieces, nephews, a host of friends and other relatives.
Viewing will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 8 until 11:30 a.m. at Integrity Funeral Service.
Pallbearers will be Robert Harris, Tommy Dickey, Clay Collins, Kenny Hagar, Raymond Moore, and Billy Moore. Honorary pallbearers will be Lannie Moore, Mike Donathan, James Smith, Tommy Morris, Billy McDonald, Jerry Sills, and Terry Pollard
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Friday, Sept. 10, 2021 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Ryan Wells officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
