The Knights and Lady Knights had a great weekend at the Shawnee Invitational Tennis Tournament. The girls came away with a fourth place finish and the boys battled to a third place team finish.
Abbi Dodge was the tournament runner-up in the #2 Singles division. The duo of Katie Davis and Kellyn Lollis came in 3rd in the #1 Doubles division.
The #1 Doubles team of John Ritter and Jordan Osterdock battled hard for the Championship. The #2 Doubles team of Sheldon Andrews and Josh Osterdock would not be out done, playing tough to earn their Championship medals.
Coach Dustin Mosco said this achievement was stunning, since the school has competed but rarely had many championships at that tournament. It mixes 4A, 5A and 6A schools with tough competitors in those larger divisions.
