Henryetta school district voters will be taking up ballots as well as Valentine cards Feb. 14 when they elect a school board member.
Incumbent James Williams will be facing David Bullard for the school board post that day.
The two were the only candidates filing for the Office 2 post when the filing period ended Wednesday.
Also on Feb. 14, voters in the Beggs, Morris and Okmulgee school districts will be going to the polls.
At Beggs, O.G. Corky Thompson, Mickey Shaffer and Larry Christy are the candidates for the school board.
Seeking election to the Morris school board are Dana Mima, Rodney King. Charlie Whitley and John Powell.
At Okmulgee, Marcus Jeffrey, John Dells and Vickie Jones are the school board candidates.
No election will be required in Dewar, Okmulgee office 5, Preston, Schulter, Twin Hills and Wilson as well as Green Country Tech.
Karen Milam and Carla Renee Hall drew no opposition for their quest for the Dewar school board seats 2 and 4.
In Okmulgee, two council candidates, Everett, O. Horn and Christopher Allen Azbell, will take their ward 1 and 2 seats.
At Preston, David E Reagor will be on the school board while Joe Stephens will join the Schulter board, David Miller is going to be at Twin Hills and Pam Gaines at Wilson.
