The Okfuskee County Sheriff's Office is asking for help locating Brian Hale who has been missing for about a week.
Hale, 36, was said to have been trying to walk to Eufaula along the Deep Fork River.
Deputies say his pickup was found at the northern edge of Okfuskee County near the Deep Fork. He is said to be in poor health and may be approaching a road or home for assistance.
He is described as being a white male, six feet, two inches tall weighing 135 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He may be carrying a military-style backpack with gray digital camouflage pattern.
