There were gifts, refreshments and even a drawing as American Exchange Bank rolled out the new AEB Freedom Checking program Monday morning. With the new program, customers can enroll in checkless checking accounts with e-statements, unlimited electronic transacitons and no minimum balance requirements. There are programs available for custoemrs 55 years of age or older and a variety of online banking options. Bank president Terri Thompson urged custoemrs to visit with any of the officers to determine the best opton for them.
