Registrations are now being accepted for the annual First Family Federal Credit Union car and bike show on Labor Day.
IMG 0798There will be two divisions judged: vehicles older than 1992 and those from 1992 and newer according to FFFCU marketing director Staci Alsover.
The show will start at 8 a.m. and continue through 2 p.m. “We are going to hold it rain or shine,” she said, “although we have been blessed with great weather since we started the show.”
Registration will be open from 8 to 11:30 that morning. There is a $20 registration fee that will include a t-shirt and goodie bag. All monies raised will be donated to Credit Union Cares. The purpose of Credit Union Cares is to increase visibility and awareness in the communities we serve by illustrating the many ways we give back. We want to ensure people understand that the credit union is not only a financial partner but a community partner.
The show will be held on the FFFCU parking lot at 402 East Main. Prior to the show, a pancake breakfast will be held at the Tulledega Masonic Lodge on East Trudgeon. It will start at 6 and end at 10 a.m.
