Young Henryetta wrestlers put three of their team on the podium Saturday at the Oklahoma Kids Wrestling Association state championship Saturday.
Keegan Hamric, Madison Byroads and Cash Faulkner took home the third place awards at the tournament in Oklahoma City. Byroads competed in the girls open 113/126 pound class. Faulkner wrestled his way to third in the 84 pound D4 bracket. Hamric was third in the D2 105/HWT class.
Along the way, Grace Maxwell captured fourth in the D5 175/HWT class, Vicki Olazabla was fifth in the D4 110 pound bracket and Tayler Hamric won eighth in the D4 92 pound competition.
The Henryetta team had 18 wrestlers qualify for the state competition.
