Henryetta high school has three soloists that will be competing in the state competition in April this year.
Tyler Sisson, Emma Sontag and Zach Thomas will be representing HHS after receiving superior performance ratings at the district contest this month.
The state contest will be held April 19 and 20 at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee.
In addition to the soloists, the high school trio of Shawna Arthur, Taylor Shepherd and Tyler Sisson scored excellent at the NSU contest.
Henryetta middle school vocal students Jaden Simpson, Alison Dombek and Madison Fry received an excellent rating in the trio contest. Fry also took an excellent rating in her solo performance.
“Our students did well against some very tough competition,” said vocal music instructor Karen Willis.
