Cindy Joann Harley, a resident of Okmulgee, died Oct. 11, 2018 in Tulsa at the age of 61. She was born March 26, 1957 in Tahlequah to Andy Toney and Mary (McNac). After graduating high school Cindy went on to Bacone College and received a degree in nursing. She worked as a licensed practical nurse at Okmulgee Memorial Hospital for many years.
She was a member of Okmulgee Indian Baptist Church.
Cindy is survived by her mother, Mary Bullett of Tulsa; son, Richard Harley, Jr. and Audra of Okmulgee; four grandchildren: Chase, Rachel, Catherine, and Madalynn; brother, Nathan Toney, of Okmulgee; three sisters: Mona Chupco and Johnny of Sapulpa, Sharon Butler and Kerry of Broken Arrow and Sandra Bullett of Tulsa; as well as several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
Viewing will be Monday from 1 to 4 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Service.
Wake services are scheduled for 7 p.m. Oct. 15 at Okmulgee Indian Baptist Church.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018 at Okmulgee Indian Baptist Church with Rev. Fred Lowe officiating. Interment will follow in the Okmulgee Indian Church cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
Pallbearers will be Travis Chupco, Norman McNac, Keith Jackson, James Fields, Kelly Lowe, and Bobby Gray. Honorary bearers will be Johnny Chupco and Mikel Winap.
