Shannon Denise Jack, a resident of Henryetta, died Nov. 21, 2018. She was 58 years of age.
She was born Feb. 7, 1960 in Ada. Shannon previously worked as manager of Henryetta Senior Citizen Center and as a legal secretary at the Office of Veteran's Affairs in Muskogee.
She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church before moving to Texas. After moving to Texas she attended Bethel Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her biological father, Tommy Jack and loving grandparents, Fred and Lucille Robertson.
She is survived by three children: Shannon Ashley McCarty and husband Ryan of Bixby and their daughter, Cordie Rose; David Dalton Odom of Tulsa and Thomas Hunter Jack of Henryetta; her parents, Carl Don and Donna Dickey of Lake Eufaula; sister, Shelley Dickey Rodgers of Henryetta; brother, Daryn Dickey and wife Kristi of Stillwater; step brother, Dirk Dickey of Burkburnett, Texas; nieces: Lauren Rodgers of Tulsa, Erika Rodgers of Edmond, Fallon Rodgers of Edmond, Carley Dickey of New York, New York and Cameron Dickey of Norman; also by a host of cousins, friends and other family.
A visitation will be from 1 until 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 24 at Integrity Funeral Service. The family will be present to greet friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Nov. 26 at Integrity Chapel with Rev. Rick Haskins and Rev. Ryan Wells officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
