Henryetta has a young artist that will be making a healthy statement.
Recently the Henryetta elementary’s second grade competed in a county-wide coloring contest sponsored through the TSET Healthy Living program.
Ashlynn Fulton, a member of Krystle Williams’ class, was judged the best in the entire county. Her work will be combined with others throughout the state at a show in Stillwater.
Her achievement was met Tuesday with a special treat as Bobby Howard and Jennifer Avery provided the food for a “healthy snacks” party for the entire class.
“I’m proud of Ashlynn’s entry and think she has a lot more to offer our town,” said Williams.
