Henryetta could not come back from a first inning attack by the Preston Pirates Tuesday night as they lost 11-3.
Playing at Beggs, the HHS Dirtbags picked up all three of their runs in the second inning on RBI hits.
Preston scored five runs in the first inning with bases loaded. Back to back singles to left and third scored the first two runs with the bases loaded then a double added two more and a single brought in the fifth.
In the second inning, Henryetta saw Andrew Morris Walk then Cameron Pixler got on but was thrown out at second.
With two outs, Jeremiah Boyles singled then Drew Brown picked up a single bringing Morris home. A double by Brodie Graffman scored Boyles and Brown for the only HHS runs of the evening.
Present went on to get two more runs in the second then capped off the run rule in the sixth with a run on a Henryetta error, walk in run and back to back singles.
The Knights are scheduled to play Kiefer Thursday morning in the Dewar Gumbo festival.
