Jim Beymer will have his name submitted to the Henryetta city council for reappointment to the Henryetta Economic Development Authority )HEDA).
HEDA members nominated him to serve a full five-year term on the authority Monday morning. He has been on the board since 2015 when he was appointed to fill the unexpired term vacated by Gary Clason.
In other business, HEDA members approved payment of $4,715.76 for limestone for road material at the lift station west of town. Also approved was payment of $8,467.92 for reimbursement to Shoney’s for sales tax expenses from January 1 through March 31 of this year.
HEDA had agreed to make the sales tax reimbursement for a five-year period with a maximum of $200,000 to be paid back.
