Saturday saw some good looking cars and a great time as the Henryetta Quarterback Club members hosted the inaugural Knights car show.
Held at Cameron Stadium, the show included a lot of food and fun as well as face painting, a dunk tank and even a car bash as members of the football team paid to smash up a derelict auto.
Judges gave the first place award to Bill Russell with his yellow Mustang Conbra. Bob Morgan's 1990 Chevrolet SS took second and a 1970 Chevrolet Nova owned by Charles Hill was the third place winner.
A number of times were available for a silent auction that helped raise money for the club to purchase supplies, food and equipment for the football team.
New coach Lance Beck stopped by Thehenryettan.com tent and talked about his views toward the coming season and how the athletes have improved through a series of summer workouts.
