Donna Kay Edmundson, a resident of the Wilson community, died Sept. 6, 2019 in Dewar at the age of 61. She was born Feb. 27, 1958 in Erick, Okla., to Raymond Stroud and Ruth (Price) Stroud.
She was a proud member of the US Army serving in Desert Storm.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Stroud an one sister, Jolene Jacks
Donna is survived by her husband Jimmie Edmundson of the home; daughter, Claudia Brownfield and husband Dionn of Dewar; three sons: Preston Edmundson and wife Ginnafer of Indiana, Jim Edmundson Jr. and wife Tanna of Mounds, and Chance Edmundson of the home; grandchildren: Jamie and Justy Tarwater, Trisdon Brownfield, Thomas Brownfield, Chasten, Cambree, and Emery Edmundson, Briar Rowen, Gary Edmundson and Jimmy Edmundson III; mother, Ruth Stroud of Okmulgee; brother, Ray Stroud of Wagoner; two sisters: Judy Fisher of the home, and Kathy Nail of the home, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at Integrity Chapel Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Jack Vance, officiating. Services are under the direction and care of Integrity Funeral Service.
