Angeline D. Miller, a longtime resident of the Coalton-Henryetta area, died Oct. 5, 2019 in Chickasha at the age of 99. She was born Aug. 7, 1920 in Coalton to Paul Durkiewiez and Stella (Victorski) Durkiewiez.
She married Samuel George Miller in 1940 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Henryetta.
After obtaining her nursing degree as a licensed practical nurse, Angeline worked for many years as an LPN with Dr. Smith at the Henryetta Hospital. She was a lifetime member of St. Michael Catholic Church and St. Michael Altar Society.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Sam Miller, a brother, Stanley Durkiewiez, sisters, Josephine Spozio, Marry Morris, Helena, Frances and Pauline.
She is survived by three children: Sally Miller of New Braunfels, Tex., Gayle Wauters and husband Dr. Brent Wauters of Blanchard and Sammy Miller of Tulsa; grandchildren: Andrew Miller and wife Miranda of Iowa, Valerie Martin of Austin, Jan Davila & husband Raymond of New Braunfels, Monica DiBiasco of Van Nuys, Calif., Todd Wauters of Edmond, Trent Wauters and wife Daryn of New Castle and Trevor Wauters and wife Brandy of Mustang; great grandchildren: Ava DiBiasco, Rylee Wauters, Addalyn Waters, Coplin Waters, Aven Wauters, Bishop Waters, and Beau Waters.
A Rosary will be conducted at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 11 at Integrity Chapel.
Mass of Ressurection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019 at St. Michael Catholic Church with Fr. Peter Phung as celebrant. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
