Area youngsters from six through 17 years of age have an opportunity to be introduced to golfing. The Henryetta Golf and Country Club and Henryetta Chip-In Club will be holding a free summer camp throughout the month of June. Set to start June 2, the camp will be held each Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Dates include June 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25 and 30.Prospective golfers 12 and under will receive lessons at 1 p.m. The camp will begin at 2 p.m. for teens 13 through 15 then at 3 for the 16 and 17 year olds.The program will teach students the fundamentals of golf from the short to the long games and help them improve their games.
