clayton boswellAlert neighbors are getting the credit for the capture of two alleged burglars Friday morning.
According to Henryetta police chief Steve Norman, people living in the 400 block of East Division spotted two people entering a home.
“We arrested Josh Burney and Clayton Boswell inside the house,” he said.
They were booked into the Okmulgee County jail on complaints of second degree burglary. Boswell was also charged with obstructing an officer. He is out on bond from Tulsa County on charges of possession of stolen property and weapons charges.
"We appreciate the neighbors who were watching for suspicious activity around their homes," Norman said. "It's through the citizens being involved that we can get the criminals behind bars."joshua burney
