A Henryetta man was arrested for the second time within three weeks by local police Tuesday.
Clayton Boswell, 19, was arrested for knowingly concealing stolen property after he was found driving a car that was said to have been stolen earlier in the day.clayton boswell
Boswell was booked into the Okmulgee County jail, a facility that he just spent time in after a Jan. 25 arrest on a burglary complaint.
“He’s also out on bond in Tulsa county for knowingly concealing stolen property (firearms) which were taken from here,” said Henryetta police chief Steve Norman.
Norman said much of the problems stem from recent reforms made in the judicial system. “That’s exactly why Boswell gets punted from jail on felony charges regularly.”
He was released from the county jail Jan. 30 and was scheduled to be back in court Feb. 20. A bench warrant for his arrest was issued Feb. 7 on eight charges in Tulsa County.
