Harold Wayne Henderson, a resident of rural Weleetka, died Nov. 23, 2020 at his home in Weleetka at the age of 78. He was born Sept. 14, 1942 in Henryetta to Luther Elmer Henderson and Mildred Lorene (Coleman) Henderson.
He married Wilma Jane Smith July 28, 1959 in Okemah. He worked for the city of Henryetta for many years and once he retired went to work as a Dozer operator on the pipeline for 36 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Jody Henderson, and two sisters, Judy Ray and Naomi Lane.
Harold is survived by his wife Wilma Henderson of the home; daughter Dena Priddy of Weleetka; granddaughters Jessica Johnson and husband JR of Weleetka, and Tyler Couch of Weleetka; one sister Debbie Puckett and husband Bobby of Dustin, as well as a host of nieces, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020 at Integrity Funeral Service.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, Nov. 27, 2020 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Herman Huffman, officiating. Interment will follow at the Henderson Family Cemetery in rural Weleetka. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
Pallbearers will be J.R. Johnson, Charlie Walters, Tom Farrow, Derek Walters, Gary Smith and Robert Frair. Honorary pallbearers will be John Artussee and Lewis Walters.
