An explosion rocked much of the west part of Henryetta Tuesday night causing a umber of phone calls to police and fire departments.
According to fire chief David Bullard, the blast was located at North 11th but caused little damage.
He said a resident had been granted a burn permit to get rid of some brush by burning it in a cellar.
“There was something thrown into the fire that exploded and we are still trying to determine what that was,” the fire chief said.
Two broken windows at the house were said to have been the only damage from the explosion and no injuries were reported.
