A Henryetta man was arrested and jailed Monday night following a robbery attempt at a downtown business.
Joseph Lee Watkins, 37, was caught shortly after he allegedly tried to rob the Boost Mobile store on Main Street around 6 p.m.
According to police, Watkins was said to have had a knife on him when he was arrested at 6th and Moore.
No one in the store was injured in the incident.
Watkins was booked into the Okmulgee County jail on a complaint of first degree robbery.
